So Many Ways to Make Passive Income!

What a world we live in! I spent 10+ years slaving away for law firms, never getting ahead. Nothing but trading my time for dollars. I finally clued in on setting up passive streams of income.

First, there is real estate. The beauty of real estate is that you can put a fraction of the money down, yet you get appreciation on the total value of the property. It is a great way to leverage your money.

Second, third, fourth... there is the internet. Every day I am finding out more ways to make money online. From things as simple as Google Adsense to Affiliate programs with other companies, the sky is the limit.

In addition, don't forget about network marketing. Despite the stigma attached to this business, it is a brilliant business model. It is the ultimate way to leverage yourself, without having the expense and headaches of employees. Moreover, the start-up costs are generally low, and the systems and products are already in place. Of course, the key to success in network marketing is not to fall prey to the load of crap that many feed about making millions in a few months. It is vital to get started with someone with integrity and honesty, who will truly help you get started, stick with you, and show you what to do and how to succeed.

Is It So Difficult to Give People Step by Step Instruction?

Why is it so hard to find information, businesses, or people out there that are willing to show people, step by step, how to be successful at something? I'll be honest with you, it royally ticks me off at all the hype and b.s. out there that turns out to be worthless.

When I started practicing law, the first law firm I worked for expected about 45 billable hours per week from me. Anyone who knows about new attorneys knows that it takes them about 60-80 hours of work to get 45 billable hours. Why, you ask? Because in law school they teach you how to "think" like a lawyer, but not how to actually practice law.

What's interesting is that law firms know that, yet they do not spend even a few days teaching their new attorneys what to do to have productive billable hours. Could they? Yes. Do they? No. What's ironic is that the new attorneys would end up billing more sooner if someone would take the time up front to show them how.

The exact same thing happened when I started in real estate, both as a broker and an investor. Nothing but vague instruction that leaves you wondering "so what exactly do I need to do?" "What is the next step?" "How do I do that?"

In both professions, I spent countless hours of research and trial and error to learn how to be successful. It worked, but it took a lot of hard work and countless hours.

Not surprisingly, the network marketing industry is even worse about this. What makes it even more ironic is that your upline's success can be highly attributed to their downline, yet few, if any, teach their downline step by step what to do (except for the b.s. they feed them that does not work).

Consequently, my wife and I decided that we wanted to be different. We have learned, the old fashion way (by hard work), what it takes to be successful. And our mission is to share with those who would like to be on our Success Team, step by step what they need to do to be successful and make multiple streams of passive income.

Your Big "Why?"- Is It The Key To Your Success?

It's funny how most of the success books and speakers all put so much emphasis on knowing your big "why" in order for you to achieve your dreams. While there is some merit to that, too many make it sound as though knowing your big "why" is the only thing keeping you from reaching your goals. Unfortunately, most of these "experts" ignore one major factor- you have to do something that you are good at or something that you can acquire the skills necessary to succeed at that particular business or line of work.

I watch The Big Idea on CNBC every night. Often, the guests on the show have mentioned the big "why" as a key to success. After months of watching this show (which I highly recommend to anyone wanting more out of life), someone finally mentioned it and laughing while doing so. "Why were they laughing," you ask? In context, they were laughing because this key factor is so often overlooked or brushed over by so many experts.

To succeed at anything, at the very least you need to be fairly good at some aspect of it. While McDonald's doesn't make the best hamburgers, the systems they created, that make duplication by so many so easy, have made them one of the most successful businesses of all time. To reiterate, their hamburgers may not be the best, or even average, but the systems they created to make hamburgers quickly and conveniently available to the masses have made them an empire.

To translate this in to your everyday life, if you want to succeed at something, have or acquire the necessary skills (or systems) that will enable you to succeed. Should you know "why" you want to succeed and achieve your dreams? Yes. Is it the number one reason why you will or will not succeed? I seriously doubt it.

Get LEADS Beating Down Your Door!

After almost 1 year of beating our heads against the wall, we came to our senses. We started with our first MLM company a little over a year ago. We listed to the leaders and their inspirational speeches about "the product sells itself" and "just share it with people" and you will be successful.

That is partially true, but it will take you a lifetime to build a business that way. In fact, it could take you years before you even make a profit if that is the ONLY thing you do to grow your business.

Our common sense told us that there had to be a better, more efficient way. Given my wife's business background, and my years as a practicing attorney and real estate broker, we knew better. We knew that the key to any successful business is getting the prospects to contact you. Unfortunately, the MLM leaders don't preach this (at least publicly they don't). It took some research and trial and error on our part, but it was well worth it.

If anyone finds themselves getting sucked in to the "all you have to do is share it with your family and friends" B.S., think twice about what you are getting into and with whom. We are happy to reveal the "secrets" that we have learned that the MLM companies don't openly share with their distributors. FIND OUT MORE!
